At a Glance – April 2016

We’re really excited to be sending out At a Glance, our April 2016 update on Inspiring Change Manchester.

On 1st April 2016, we entered our third year and in the time leading up to this we came together to co-produce a plan for years three and four.  This has led to a set of 20 key priorities that we will deliver in the coming months and years and we cover some of these in this bulletin.

Pete Atherton from Community Led Initiatives (CLI) has written about CLI joining Inspiring Change Manchester’s team as a peer mentoring organisation, and we’ve got a piece on Safety Planning (as opposed to risk assessments) from Catherine Hay, a Core Group member.

Also in this edition is an update from the first Manchester Women’s Sector conference held on 1st March.  We hear from Zeb who has written a reflective article about being involved in Inspiring Change Manchester and we update on how our values underpinning someone having to tell their story only once are rolling out across Manchester with M-Think.
