GROW Traineeship Opportunities

Inspiring Change Manchester (ICM) are recruiting for GROW Trainees positions to be based at the ICM hub.  Watch this short video to hear from GROW Trainees on their experiences of applying, and getting the traineeships.

GROW Traineeships are paid employment placements that support individuals to access employment, training, personal development opportunities.

The Traineeships were developed to enable people with lived experience of multiple needs to use their experiences for good; helping to influence and shape services and develop service delivery. They last for up to 12 months, during which time GROW Trainees have real opportunities to develop and go on to obtain full time employment.

Every Trainee is unique and able to offer a valuable, diverse and specialised skillset to help broaden understanding, evolve services and inspire change in the services in which they work.

About the recruitment process:

To apply you will need to complete a CV and Cover Letter which can be uploaded via the link on the website. You can also get support with your application and find out more about the traineeships by coming to one of our support sessions which are:

• Tuesday 20th Feb, 1pm – 5pm, Express buildings, 11 George Leigh Street, Manchester, M4 5DL
• Tuesday 27th Feb, 11am – 3pm, ICM Hub, Swan Buildings, M4 5JW
