The Innovation Partnership Fund

What is the Innovation Partnership Fund?

We’ve known for ages that there are so many smaller organisations doing really innovative work that is making a massive difference for people with multiple needs in Manchester.  We also know that the only way we are going to do something that will achieve a long lasting change in the life of someone experiencing multiple needs is to work in collaboration and to learn from each other.

This is why we are introducing the Innovation Partnership Fund.  The fund has been co-produced with people who have lived experience of multiple needs.

We want the Innovation Partnership Fund to build capacity in smaller organisations and make possible pieces of work with people with multiple and complex needs.  By injecting small amounts of money (up to £500), we want to enable organisations to access resources that they would not otherwise have had the ability to do. From this, we can do something innovative in Manchester and increase the level of engagement with people experiencing multiple and complex needs across Manchester.

We want to hear from organisations in Manchester who feel that they could do something different to reach people in their area and we want to learn from what they do.

So, if you are thinking about doing an event, doing a piece of research, running a focus group or something entirely different, fill in a proposal or get in touch because we want to hear from you!

    Hi
I’m a recovery Champion worker for CGL Wythenshawe and the service users have just set a group up out of work hours called fishing for recovery. I wondered if you could help with any funding as we have no equipment ect.

I would like to apply for a grant for our community shop where we provide 8 items of food for just 2.50 and all fruit and vegetables are additional as we like to encourage healthy eating. we have been running for a year now and run by all volunteer’s. i would like to get some funding to buy additional items for the shop that we don’t get from fareshare, this helps us to provided tinned items and toiletries.
